02 What we collect
Only what you type into our enquiry forms: your name, phone number, email address and the details you choose to share (for example budget, area, timeline, or a message).
We do not ask for ID documents, bank or card details on this website.
03 Why we use it
To contact you about the enquiry you made, by phone, WhatsApp or email. Nothing else.
We do not use it for unrelated marketing and we never sell or rent it. Our basis is your consent: the box you tick before sending.
04 Who can see it
The members of our team who handle your enquiry (enquiries sent through the Off-Market Hospitality page go to that desk only).
The service providers that host this website and deliver email for us, and the authorities where the law requires it.
05 How it is handled
Enquiries reach us by email. The website does not keep a database of them. To limit spam, a scrambled form of your connection address is held for about one hour. Your language choice is saved in your own browser only.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
06 Other services on this site
The map, Google reviews and fonts are loaded from Google, which may receive technical data such as your IP address and may set its own cookies, under Google's privacy policy.
Links to Property Finder, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn open those services, which have their own policies. If you write to us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp also processes your number and message.
07 How long we keep it
Only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and to meet our legal and record-keeping duties. After that we delete it.
08 Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, withdraw your consent, or object to its use at any time by writing to info@ceyrealestate.com. You may also contact the competent UAE data protection authority.
09 Where data is processed
Our hosting and email providers may process data outside the UAE. We expect them to protect it with appropriate safeguards.
10 Changes
We may update this page. The date at the top shows the latest version.
