Fabien leads C&Y's off-market hospitality portfolio. He spent almost ten years in luxury hospitality, from Michelin-starred restaurants in London and Bangkok to director-level roles with Kempinski and Jumeirah in Dubai, so he reads a hotel the way an operator does, not only the way a spreadsheet does. He then moved into real estate, leading sales and business development at a Dubai brokerage, and today brings that operating insight to investors looking at hotels across Europe. He speaks English, French and Spanish.
